Aluminium Trunking Project
Core Electrical, through Suir Engineering, Waterford, were
selected to supply the latest Marshall Tufflex 220mm
x 65mm powder coated Aluminium trunking for Thurles Hospital.
This trunking was chosen due to it’s robust construction
and excellent finish. Known as the XL range, this product
has been used in a wide variety of medical applications
throughout Ireland and the UK.

Irish Rail
During a recent train refurbishment programme, Core
Electrical supplied the latest range of 32mm Kopex Liquid Tight
flexible conduit and glands for the current passenger
trains used throughout Ireland. These products withstand
a wide range of temperatures and demanding environmental
conditions and were the first choice for Irish Rail.

Supertube
Supertube conduit, manufactured by Marshall Tufflex UK,
was recently used in a new building project at Trinity
College Library. This conduit is ideally suited for applications
where it is to be encased in concrete and Mercury Engineering
were extremely pleased with the product which can be
supplied in 100metre coils. Supertube is used to replace
traditional galvanized steel conduit by saving a considerable
amount of installation time, reducing wastage and easier
handling, no painting etc…
